UNIT GLASS: Dilution chamber, Effluent chamber, Mixing chamber and Aquaria are all made of 1/4" thick top quality glass and are sealed with a special silicone sealant. All glass has polished edges and clean cut holes. The dilution and effluent chambers have stainless steel bottoms with special stainless steel fittings to accept stainless steel tubing. These fittings are designed so the tubing can be adjusted.
TUBING: 304 stainless steel with machined bends.
MIXING BEAKERS: (7) 304 stainless steel.
CONTROL BOX: Nema 3R waterproof with push-button controls for valves, auxillary power, magnetic stirrer and main power on. The box also houses the liquid dispensing control which activates with high and low levels or can be bypassed with the time delay knob from 0-300 seconds. Included in the box is a cycle counter and a elapsed time counter in hours. All controls are on the face of the box for protection.
UNIT FLOW RATE: 0-100 ml per minute per aquarium. 0-10 complete water changes per day per aquarium.
POWER FALURE: All valves close if power fails. The system resumes operation when power is restored. There is no danger of overfilling the test aquaria or altering their concentrations.
